Snow Report Sat. Jan 16 (evening)

WOW is the only way to describe the mountain today. The 5-6cm of “pow” we received last night made for really terrific conditions. Flurries are forecast for this evening and tomorrow looks like a bluebird day at Calabogie Peaks. With a high of -4 C Sunday, you won’t want to miss out on some crisp and quick corduroy. Season Pass members come on out for 1st tracks tomorrow at 8:30.

Our mountain ops guys have lowered the ropes on lots of trails and we now count 15 open plus the terrain park. Kids of all ages were horsing around in the park today on the features, bumps and jumps.

For something a little different pop into Top Hut at the top of the Lakeview Chair. Warm your toes and enjoy your picnic lunch while taking in the million dollar views – or – ski right into Canthooks Restaurant for a delicious lunch and a craft brew.

Lifts spin every day from 9 – 4. Check out the mountain anytime on our web cams – they are live and tell it like it is.
See you soon!

SNOW REPORT Wed. Jan 13 (evening)

Mountain Ops tells us that the temperatures are as perfect as ever for maximum snow production and that the system is cranked up and on cruise control.  The 10 cm of natural that we received yesterday will be topped up this evening with more on Friday promising to make it a weekend of high fives on the slopes!

The groomers report Whistlin’ Paddy and Finnegan’s are set for a Friday opening with Face of Tiger and some terrain features on the weekend.  With the imminent snow fall look for some action in the glades as well.
Rocket Rached takes the stage this Saturday afternoon in Black Donald’s pub for some fun après ski celebrations.

Lifts spin daily from 9 AM to 4 PM and our web cams are live 24/7.

Look forward to seeing you at The Peaks this week.  Pre purchase your tickets online for convenience and remember – if you think about making it a getaway stay – check out our wonderful hotel specials.
